MUMU SAFETY

Keep the conversation open.
Keep your boundaries clear.

Meeting someone new should never require sharing private information or staying in a moment that feels wrong.
01

Keep private details private

Do not show addresses, documents, school or workplace details, financial information, or account credentials.

02

Never share access or money

Ignore requests for passwords, verification codes, payment details, gifts, loans, or transfers.

03

Leave at the first warning sign

Sexual pressure, threats, hate, fraud, impersonation, or attempts to move you off-platform are reasons to end the interaction.

04

Block and report

Blocking stops contact. Reporting gives the moderation process useful context about behavior that may affect others.

WHEN SOMETHING FEELS WRONG

Leave first. Then block and report.

You do not need to warn the other person or explain your decision. For immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.
  1. End the conversation
  2. Block the account
  3. Report the behavior
  4. Save only what a report needs

MuMu is not for children.
