A better hello starts with respect.

These Guidelines describe the behavior MuMu allows, the conduct it prohibits, and how users can respond when something goes wrong.Last updated: August 25, 2026
01

Respect consent and boundaries

Every person can end a conversation at any time. Do not pressure someone to reveal information, continue a call, move to another service, send money, or show sexual content.

02

No exploitation or sexual harm

Child sexual exploitation, grooming, non-consensual sexual content, sextortion, trafficking, or content involving a person who cannot consent is prohibited and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

03

No harassment, hate, or threats

Do not target people with abuse, stalking, humiliation, discriminatory attacks, credible threats, or encouragement of violence or self-harm.

04

Be authentic and lawful

Do not impersonate others, run scams, request credentials, distribute malware, promote illegal goods, or manipulate the service.

05

Use block and report

Leave the conversation first when you feel unsafe. Block the account to stop contact, then report behavior with accurate context. False or abusive reports may also violate these Guidelines.

06

How enforcement works

We may warn, limit, suspend, or remove accounts based on severity, evidence, history, and risk. Some conduct may be escalated to payment providers, platforms, or authorities when legally required or necessary for safety.
